Come along to Connect in Colour: a relaxed, playful art workshop where we explore creativity, mindfulness, and connection through different artistic mediums each month.

If you’re looking for a friendly space to meet new people, curious about experimenting with art without the pressure of specific tutorials, or returning to art after a long break, this workshop might be perfect for you!

This isn’t about being “good” at art, but about providing a safe space for us to explore the fun of experimentation and making a mess, of letting go of expectation and going with the flow, and making connections with ourselves and others along the way. Solo attendees are more than welcome!

What to expect:

• Messy, playful exploration with different materials and mediums each month.
• Time to focus on being present and mindful through creative expression and exploration.
• A chance to connect with others in a welcoming environment.
• Methods for using art for reflecting on our lives.
• All art materials provided – you’re welcome to bring a sketchbook to work in if you prefer.

This month, we’ll be exploring different textures found in nature.

• Age: This is a session aimed at adults (18+).
